Founded in 2017 by Cassandra L. Montgomery in Dallas, TX

OFSEC provides adult learners with a variety of opportunities to prepare them for college, the workforce, and everyday life.  We offer test preparation classes and other adult education classes to enhance their academic and life skills.

OFSEC's goal is to combat generational poverty in the City of Dallas and surrounding cities.
